Well, the answer to this question is two-fold: 1) biology is nearly impossible to fight, isn’t it? I’ve been an academic for most my life and so have words fighting to spill out onto paper AND the desire to educate, so why not share what I’ve learned of the mysterious and murky nature of real estate with the masses? There are some good real estate blogs out there and others that leave your mouth feeling chalky, like you’ve been chawing dry wall. Bland blogs exist mainly because big-box firms actually ghost write all of their agent’s blogs, so there’s just no infused personality AT ALL. Life is too short for that, my friends. So, here enters a world of word spillage that should entertain, keep you updated (as long as I have the time to post, that is), and give you truly useful information.
2) Because people have legitimate questions that need some answers. You’ve probably heard a teacher say at some point that “there are no stupid questions.” Well, let’s be honest–that’s not entirely true, BUT I’m on board with the implication as I see it, which is that if you have a question about something or anything at all (even if it is “stupid”), then other people do, too. Just one person’s question–“stupid” or not–is enough to merit consideration, to my mind. So ask away, my friends! I will be as studious as I can in responding.
